Our Story

Kronflow started when a small Civil Engineering and Architecture firm in Portugal asked for help replacing their spreadsheet-based time tracking.
Most tools they’d tried were too complex, too expensive, or packed with features they didn’t need.
What began as a simple solution — created by a software engineer who understood their needs — quickly proved useful to others.
Today, Kronflow is backed by a small team focused on keeping it simple, useful, and affordable. We’re building a sustainable, independent product — not chasing investors or growth at all costs. We listen closely to new users and evolve the tool based on real needs, not feature lists.
